Or is a licensed California General Contractor with over 12 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a background in modern building science, construction management, and owner-side oversight, Or leads projects with a focus on feasibility, cost clarity, sequencing, and execution discipline. He is directly involved from early planning through construction and close-out—because good outcomes don’t happen by accident.

Whitney leads design, permitting, and coordination with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how ideas translate into real-world constraints. Her work bridges creativity and practicality, ensuring that designs are not only thoughtful and beautiful, but also buildable, efficient, and durable.
