Built on experience. Focused on you.

The Workshop Co was founded to give clients what every construction project deserves: thoughtful planning, straightforward communication, and experienced leadership that takes ownership of the outcome.

Founder Or Palmor brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience, from Project Manager to Director of Construction. As a civil engineer, MBA, and licensed California General Contractor, he connects the technical details of building with the financial discipline needed to protect your investment.

For our clients, that means clear options, informed decisions, and a team that anticipates challenges before they become costly problems. Budgets, schedules, and quality guide decisions from the beginning.

We coordinate design, permitting, and construction to ensure your vision is supported by a practical plan. Our approach combines efficient, sustainable building practices with careful cost management and hands-on oversight.

Whether you’re building a home, renovating, or creating a commercial space, you work directly with the leadership responsible for delivering it. We bring personal attention and disciplined management to every project, keeping your priorities at the center from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
